Bug Series

Insects are a symbol of transition. Their physical transformations during their lifecycles remind me of how we change. All my bugs are playful mobile art pieces made with paper, paper board and adhesive tapes.

Temari balls (hand balls) are a folk art form and Japanese craft.
Traditionally, the balls are wrapped and embroidered with colorful thread.
