Ingrained Series

The works of this series contain traditional patterns from my home country which evoke within me a melancholy feeling like an unbreakable cage or unremovable tattoos on my body. I seek my own identity through this series expressing my uncertainty, insecurity, and confusion arising from values ingrained within me by the cultures I have been shaped by.
